Beth is a skilled educator and yoga instructor who aims to connect with people of all ages. Whether it be through physical yoga classes, meditation and breathing exercises, executive functioning coaching, or homework help, Beth is dedicated to helping others realize their full potential and connect with inner peace and wisdom.

Breathe Learn Connect
Right out of college, Beth began educating others and developed a keen interest in connecting with people in meaningful ways. While working at McDonogh School, Beth earned her Masters in Education from Johns Hopkins University with a specialization in Reading. Beth began practicing yoga to complement her energetic running and spinning habits in the early 2000s. Eventually, yoga became a primary focus of her energy, and the benefits of this practice began to transform her life. Beth’s own practice of many different styles of yoga coupled with the desire to share the benefits of yoga with her Jemicy School students led to her Radiant Child Yoga training in 2013. In 2016, Beth completed her Hatha Raja Yoga 200 hour training in 2016 and 500 hour Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi training in 2019. She is also a trained Yoga Nidra, breathing, and meditation teacher.

Beth is thrilled to lead her students in a classical yoga experience that is challenging yet accessible and nurturing to all levels. Through her years in education as well as extensive yoga, meditation, and relaxation trainings, Beth has developed an impressive variety of multi-sensory methods and techniques to assist students of all ages create ease and efficiency in life.
